Biography

Appointed in 1967, Bobby Brown’s first match in charge was the famous 3-2 victory over World Champions England at Wembley stadium. Throughout his Scotland career Bobby often found his squads depleted as a result of club commitments and results inevitably suffered. He left the Scotland job in 1971 to pursue interests outside of football, though he did spend a number of years as a scout for Plymouth Argyle.
