Biography
David Crawford was born in Paisley on 9 March, 1873. He died in July, 1937. A steady full back, Crawford developed his skills with St Mirren's junior team, Victoria FC, before stepping up to the Paisley side's first eleven, winning international recognition. In December 1894 he joined Rangers and remained at Ibrox until 1903, winning three Scottish League championships in 1898/99, 1899/1900 and 1901/02. He played briefly for St Mirren again before retiring.
