Biography
Donald Currie Sillars was born in Govan on 30 October 1868. He died on 25 September 1905. An industrious right back he played for various Glasgow clubs starting with Battlefield and Pollokshields Athletic in the mid 1880s before joining Queen's Park in the summer of 1888 and he stayed there for the rest of his playing days (although he did make four guest appearance for Rangers in November 1891). He was in the team that won the Scottish Cup in 1893.
