Introduction

This CD is divided into four component parts.

The first part contains the National Club Licensing Manual. This Manual has been provided to clubs in hard copy format and details the standards required by clubs in the form of criteria.

The second part contains examples of club activities. These have been provided by member clubs that are only too happy to share many of their activities with others. The assistance of the clubs is very much appreciated and this contribution can only be good for the administration of our sport.

The third part contains templates for clubs to complete including a template lighting report as well as sample job descriptions that clubs may benefit from to meet the system requirements.

The fourth part contains the Quality Manual. This Manual outlines the Scottish FA’s management of Club Licensing. This complies with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2000.The Quality Manual is presented in order that clubs are aware of the operations of the system and are able to benefit from many of the practices.
