Dumbarton Academy FP's lift the West Cup

At a rainy New Douglas Park, Dunbarton Academy FP's AFC narrowly defeated Colville Park AFC to lift the Colville Park Country Club West of Scotland Cup. With the game locked at 0 - 0 after 90 minutes and extra time, Dumbarton held their nerve to win 4 - 2 on penalties. This was a fitting triumph for Dumbarton who this year celebrated their centenary as an amateur club.
