Together with the Scottish FA we are looking to get your feedback on adult participation in grassroots football. If you are aged 16 or over and currently play football, used to play or even have never played, we want to hear from you.

To give us your views simply click on the link below which will take you through to an online questionnaire. It will only take

5-10 minutes to complete and at the end of the questionnaire there will be an option to give us your details if you want to be entered into a draw to win the following great prizes:
