Emergency Committee decisions

At a meeting of the Emergency Committee today, the following decisions were reached:

Scottish Cup fourth round match

East Stirlingshire v Buckie Thistle

 

Following a breach of Cup Competition rule 39.1b, East Stirlingshire have been expelled from the Scottish Cup competition. The club were found to have fielded an ineligible player, Michael Andrews, in the above match. The club will also lose any fourth round sponsorship monies owed. All misconduct decisions from the original match stand. Buckie Thistle now advance to round five.

Scottish FA Youth Cup match fourth round match

Coldstream v Livingston

 

The above match is to be re played after Livingston were found to have fielded a cup-tied player. Michael Scott had previously represented East Fife in a first round match. Livingston were also fined £100. The match must be re played within 14 days. All misconduct decisions from the original match stand.
