Alan Cunningham, Francis Andrews and Tom Murphy honoured

Alan Cunningham and Francis Andrews, who both retired as FIFA Assistant referees at the end of 2011, were presented with international caps in recognition of their international service by Referee Committee member Jim McCluskey at the Referee Training Camp at the weekend.

 

They also received pennants received from UEFA to mark their contribution to its football.

 

Alan and Francis had served on the FIFA List for 11 and 8 years respectively.

 

Alan is the Scottish FA’s longest serving FIFA Assistant Referee.

 

Alan and Francis had each fulfilled over 46 international appointments.

 

Tom Murphy, who had retired from the FIFA List in 2010, was also presented with his UEFA pennant.
