Youth Level 1

Level One - Development Activities Certificate

 

This 6-hour course (1 day) is open to anyone working with players in the 12 to 18 year age range. The course comprises a practical session, together with 2 short video presentations, Youth Team Management and Physical Preparation.
Topics covered include:

  • Physical Components (fast footwork, speed andperception).
  • Introductory practices
  • Skills practices (heading, dribbling, finishing,passing)
  • Game related practices
  • Cool Down

Attendee will also be provided with a DVD and booklet which will demonstrate many of the concepts and themes demonstrated on the course.
