Vauxhall, the number one-selling car brand in Scotland, has agreed a three-and-a-half year partnership with the Scottish FA until 2014. In addition to the senior A squad, the agreement includes all Scottish age group and women's national squads.
Announcing the partnership at Hampden Park, Stewart Regan, Scottish FA Chief Executive, said: “We are proud to have such a respected and enduring brand in Vauxhall as our National Teams Sponsor. "I am certain the history and heritage of the Vauxhall brand will dovetail perfectly with the national teams’ future hopes and aspirations.
Craig Levein, Scotland National Coach, said: “I am delighted to welcome Vauxhall as our new National Team Sponsor. "On behalf of the squad and the rest of my backroom staff, I look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with such an iconic brand.”
The announcement completes a clean sweep of home nation sponsorships for Vauxhall. Vauxhall have also signed agreements to be Lead Partners with the English FA, the Football Association of Wales and the Northern Ireland Football Association.
