Overall Purpose of Job:
In line with key plans for the development of the Girls’ and Women’s game including ‘One National Plan’, the National Strategy for Girls and Women's Football and locally the South East Region Development Plan, the post holder will work to increase the number of girls playing football, and increase the number of players in the formal football structure through the development of sustainable club structures and infrastructure, whilst also establishing recruitment methods to increase the number of volunteers, especially females working in the girls’/women’s game in the region.
