The Scottish FA is seeking to recruit an Retail Assistant Manager for the day to day operations of the Hampden Museum Store. The job holder will assist the Retail Manager in the full spectrum of services provided by the store, including the sale of merchandise, tickets, tours, referees’ kit and any other items, ensuring an excellent level of customer service and a focus on maximisation of sales.
The position is based in the Retail Store based at Hampden Park. The job holder will work 5 days over 7, therefore a flexible attitude to working hours is a must.
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate is professional, approachable and independent, with a focus on customers and a result oriented attitude to work. Sound and proven experience in the retail environment at supervisory level is essential, as is the ability to quickly adapt to change.
