Skyrme has been involved with the club for the past four years helping develop the likes of Adam Mathews (Celtic) and Aaron Ramsey (Arsenal) during their time at the club. His current role sees him predominantly working with the clubs u18 Team and his session at the conference will focus on the clubs approach in helping players in that age group make the transition into first team football.
