“Account” means a registered account used to access the Site and/or App. “SSO Provider” means a third-party authentication provider (such as Apple, Google or Facebook) used to access the Site or App. “Gamification Features” means any points, badges, rewards, leaderboards or similar incentive mechanisms made available through the Site or App.

The Site or App may give you the option to send us content to be posted on the Site or App by us (“User Content”). By sending us User Content, you will be deemed to:- (i) consent to us editing that User Content at our discretion;
(ii) grant to us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free licence to use and publish that User Content for any purpose associated with our general objective of promoting, fostering and developing football in Scotland; (iii) irrevocably waive in our favour any moral rights you may have in such User Content in terms of Chapter IV Part I of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, and any similar rights available in any part of the world ; and

You undertake that you will:- • not use the Site or App for any purpose which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person; and • not use the Site or App to transmit or distribute any information which contravenes any applicable law or any person’s legal rights.
• exploit Gamification Features unfairly (including use of bots, scripts or multiple accounts);
• misuse SSO or impersonate another user;
Gamification Features The Site and App may include Gamification Features such as points, badges, rewards or leaderboards. You acknowledge that: • these features have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated; • we may modify, suspend or remove them at any time; • points or rewards may expire or be withdrawn. We reserve the right to revoke any Gamification Features where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud or manipulation.
Accounts and Authentication
You may create an Account directly or by using a Single Sign-On (SSO) Provider.
Where you use SSO:
• you authorise us to receive certain profile information from the SSO Provider (such as your name, email address and unique identifier);
• you are responsible for maintaining the security of your SSO credentials;
• we are not responsible for the operation or availability of any SSO Provider.
You are responsible for all activities carried out under your Account.
The Site or App may contain password protected areas which allow you to view certain selected content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and user name and are fully responsible for all activities occurring under your username or password.
Service Access
While we endeavour to ensure that the Site and App is normally available 24 hours a day, we shall not be liable if for any reason the Site or App is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Access to the Site or App may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
Mobile Application When using the App, you agree to comply with all applicable app store terms (including Apple App Store and Google Play terms). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not: • reverse engineer or modify the App; • interfere with its functionality or security; • use it in breach of applicable laws. We may update, suspend or withdraw the App at any time.

Changes
We reserve the right to amend or replace the Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make any substantial changes we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on our Site or App.
Jurisdiction
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Scotland and any disputes that may arise will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
