In a 5 day camp taking place from Monday 25th to Friday 29th July at Forthbank the players will take part in practical technical sessions, fitness sessions and testing as well as theory sessions on important issues on diet and nutrition and sports psychology.

All players receive puma kit (Waterproof, t-shirt, shorts and socks) and a daily lunch for a total cost of £160 per player.
