The ice and snow of the winter months meant the cancellation of 3 nights of trials and training and so the squads met for the first time at Stirling University on the 12th and 13th April for a 2 day introduction to the programme.

The Regional Squad training programme will resume in June, to avoid clashing with any Club games, with the players representing Central Region at the Boys National Camp in July/August.
