Referee David Dickinson and assistant referee Jonathan Bell have been included in the 2023 FIFA nominations list for the first time. They replace Bobby Madden and Sean Carr.

The Scottish FA would like to record our thanks to Bobby and Sean for their service to the FIFA list of officials over the past few years and wish them continued success in their domestic refereeing careers.

David and Jonathan join a list of 21 officials who have had their nominations accepted for the 2023 international list of referees and assistant referees.
