The five South-West Region winners received their awards at the Scottish Championship match between Ayr United and St Mirren at Somerset Park on Saturday 20thAugust.

The winners were:

Adult Football: Richard Osborne- South of Scotland League

Disability Football: John Keast- Bonnyton Thistle

Girls & Womens Football: Mel Cunningham- Clark Drive Girls

Schools Football: John Allan- Crawfordyke Primary School

Youth Football: David Buchanan- Cambuslang Football Academy

The annual Scottish FA Grassroots Awards presented by McDonald’s and the Sunday Mail aims to recognise and reward people across the country that make a difference to grassroots football in their local community.
