First are new Micro Sessions which are aimed at giving players individual practice time but in a team setting. It is open to players aged 11 to 14 and sessions for goalkeepers.

The sessions will be 90 minutes long and will be held at Ravenscraig over seven weeks

Wednesdays from the 11th May - 22nd June - 5.15pm-7pm.

The programme costs £10 for the whole programme or £1 per week with a £3 registration fee.

The second programme is a new Creative Player Centre where players will get a chance to improve their skills and techniques in 1v1 and 4v4 situations.

This will run over a 10 week block at £30 or a £5 registration fee and then £3 per week.

Sessions will run at:

St Andrews HS, Coatbridge - 4.45pm-6pm - Mondays

Ravenscraig Indoor - 5-6pm - Mondays
