PCS aims to transform Scotland’s current win at all costs mentality, where results and comparisons with others are the key focus. This means that when children do not succeed in winning by the scoreboard, they have a negative experience, drop out and are denied the opportunity to learn vital life lessons.

By creating a positive, youth football environment, PCS believes that every young player who participates can become a winner. In order to achieve this we must create a culture in Scotland where every club has a positive coaching ethos focused on Effort, Learning skills/Teaching life lessons and improving performance PCS needs your help to become Ambassadors, who will spread the epidemic across Fife and Scotland, We look forward to seeing you and your club parents on 2nd April 2009
