Scot Gemmill has named his squad for Scotland Under-21s European Qualifiers next month.

The youngsters face Croatia at Tynecastle before travelling to face Greece in the final two fixtures of Group 4 as they continue to push for qualification.

Following an historic victory over San Marino which came just days after a well-earned win against Czech Republic, the Under-21s find themselves just one point behind table-toppers Czech Republic but with a valuable game in hand.

Bologna defender Aaron Hickey makes the Under-21 squad for the first time having impressed in Italy this season, starting four consecutive matches in Serie A.

Rangers goalkeeper Brian Kinnear receives his first call-up to the Under-21s too, alongside on-loan teammate Kai Kennedy. Hibernian player Kyle Magennis returns to the fold.
