The Scotland Women’s National Team will play the home tie of their round one FIFA Women’s World Cup play-off against Czechia at the SMiSA stadium, Paisley.

The home of St Mirren football club will host SWNT for the first time since 2021 as they continue their bid to reach the tournament finals in Brazil 2027.

Melissa Andreatta’s side topped their qualification group unbeaten against Belgium, Israel and Luxembourg and secured promotion back to ‘League A’ for the upcoming UEFA Nations League campaign.

Victory over two legs against Czechia in October would tee up a play-off final against Lithuania or Sweden in December.
