The young Scots, who returned to international duty for the first time in nearly ten months, head in to their clash with the table-topping Czech's on the back of a big win against Lithuania.
The match will kick-off at 5:30pm on Friday, 9 October in Edinburgh as Scotland look to continue their bid for qualification.
Head Coach Scot Gemmill said: "As a group we’re familiar with Tynecastle and it is an excellent stadium with top facilities.
"It is always an opportunity for our young players to showcase their ability at international level and we’re all looking forward to facing Czech Republic next month.
“After a pleasing performance and result in Lithuania, it is encouraging to know that more international football is just around the corner. We face a strong Czech side who are top of our group, but we’ll head in to our remaining games full of belief.”
