Candidates must hold a current Scottish FA Youth Licence Award (level 5) and would require to be successful in a Scotland Disclosure validation process.
The successful candidate would assume responsibility for the coaching programme for all youth players up to Under 19 level, developing the player pathway of those involved and player recruitment would be considered as part of the remit.
In addition, the progression of a Coach Development / Education programme, leading to achievement in suitable qualifications levels for all coaching staff, would be required.
Sufficient support in the administration of the Youth Development programme would be provided.
The post would initially be a part time position but this may develop further in the future. Conditions and payment will be negotiable.
