Walsh will referee the fixture between Germany and the Czech Republic on Thursday, 8 November, as well as Germany's tie with the hosts on Wednesday, 14 November.
Daniel McFarlane will assist Walsh at the tournament, with the pair also on the officiating team for the match between the Republic of Ireland and the Czech Republic on Sunday, 11 November.
