It was a weekend to remember for Scotland’s Glasgow City contingent as they celebrated a ninth consecutive SWPL title at the Excelsior Stadium. Rachel Corsie, Hayley Lauder, Jo Love and Leanne Ross all featured in the 3-1 win over Aberdeen. City now look ahead to next month's Scottish Cup final against Hibernian and the opportunity to seal a fourth consecutive domestic treble. Elsewhere in the SWPL, Lizzie Arnot scored a hat-trick in Hibernian’s 9-0 win over Rangers. Chloe Arthur also added to the scoreline at New Tinto Park, ensuring a Scotland squad in good spirits ahead of Friday's Euro Qualifier against Belarus. In Europe Lisa Evans assisted the winning goal in FC Bayern’s 1-0 win over SC Freiburg, stretching their lead at the top of the Women's Bundesliga table to three points. Lana Clelland also played in UPC Tavagnacco’s 1-1 draw with San Zaccaria.
