1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is The Scottish Football Association Limited ("Scottish FA", "we", "our" or "us").
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over at the time of entry. If the winner is under the age of 16, the Scottish FA may require the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian before the prize is awarded.
2.2 Employees of the Scottish FA, their immediate families, agents or any third party professionally connected with the administration of this prize draw may enter the score predictor, however will not be eligible to win the prize.
2.3 Entrants must have a registered account on the Official Scotland App and be logged in when submitting their prediction.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, eligible participants must submit a score prediction for the Scotland v Morocco match via the score predictor feature available within the match centre on the Official Scotland App during the competition period.
3.2 Each eligible participant who submits a score prediction will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw.
3.3 Only one entry per person will be permitted. Multiple predictions or duplicate accounts will not result in additional entries.
3.4 No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. Competition Period
4.1 The prize draw opens when the score predictor becomes available within the Official Scotland App and closes at kick-off of the Scotland v Morocco match.
4.2 Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.
5. Prize
5.1 One (1) winner will receive a signed special-edition Haiti v Scotland poster.
5.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.3 The Scottish FA reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
6. Winner Selection
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
6.2 The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their Official Scotland App account within a reasonable period following the draw.
6.3 If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of initial contact, the Scottish FA reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Supporter Points and Leaderboard
7.1 Entry into this prize draw is obtained solely by submitting a score prediction and is not dependent on the accuracy of that prediction.
7.2 Participants may receive points within the Official Scotland App based on the accuracy of their prediction, including:
5 points for correctly predicting the match outcome (home win, away win or draw); and
20 points for correctly predicting the exact scoreline.
7.3 Such points contribute to a participant's overall score and leaderboard ranking within the Official Scotland App.
7.4 The Scottish FA may, at its discretion, use supporter points, leaderboard rankings and/or participation in app-based activities when determining eligibility for future competitions, prize draws or rewards. Any such future promotions will be governed by their own terms and conditions.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Personal data provided in connection with this prize draw will be processed by the Scottish FA for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winner and delivering the prize.
8.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Scottish FA's Privacy Policy, available on the Official Scotland App and Scottish FA websites.
9. General
9.1 The Scottish FA reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or who is found to be manipulating the entry process.
9.2 The Scottish FA's decision in relation to all matters connected with this prize draw shall be final.
9.3 The Scottish FA reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
