Ayrshire RA’s Ross Haswell has been selected as one of the group of referees to officiate at the International Federation of Cerebral Palsy Football World Cup, which is being held in Spain. The tournament began on Tuesday, 2 July and concludes on Friday, 19 July.
16 National Associations are participating in the tournament, split into four groups.
Ross, who has had a long association with Cerebral Palsy football, has received his first two appointments at the finals. The first of which having already been played as he took charge of group D match Russia v Thailand on Sunday, 7 July. His next appointment will be as fourth official of the Group B match Ireland v Finland which takes place on Monday, 8 July.
