Scotland's Men's and Women's Under-19 and Under-17 teams have learned their opponents in a series of draws which took place at the UEFA Headquarters in Nyon over the course of Thursday and Friday this week.
Men's Under-19s
Scotland's Men's Under-19s narrowly missed out on qualification for the Elite Round ahead of the 2025 European Championships. Neil MacFarlane's side lost 1-0 to Wales, before defeating Liechtenstein 4-0 and drawing 0-0 with France. Those results left Scotland 3rd in their group, with only the top two progressing.
The Men's Under-19s were drawn in Group 8 for the 2025/26 UEFA European Under-19 Championship Qualifying Round alongside England, Latvia and Lithuania. The locations and the dates for the matches next Autumn will be confirmed in due course.

Men's Under-17s
Scotland Men's Under-17s also failed to advance to League A in their EURO 2025 qualifiers, after finishing third in a group that included Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Lithuania.
Scotland will compete in League B for the Round 2 matches in March, with the aim of securing promotion back to League A for the 2026/27 qualifiers. Scotland will compete against Romania, North Macedonia and Liechtenstein in March, with Scotland hosting.

Scotland Men's Under-17s were also drawn into their group for the EURO 2026 qualifying round one. Scotland will once again play host to a group that includes England, Sweden and Lithuania. These matches will take place in October and November 2025.

Scotland Women’s Under-19s secured progress to Round 2 of their European Championship qualifiers with victories over Hungary and Sweden at the Round 1 mini tournament in Budapest. The first game of the round ended in a 6-3 victory to group winners the Netherlands, with Laura Berry grabbing a first-half hattrick.
Scotland were drawn in Group A5 with Spain, Czechia and Switzerland. The seven League A group winners will join hosts Poland qualify for the final tournament in Poland from 15 to 27 June, while the seven teams placed fourth in their group in League A will be relegated to League B for round 1 of the next edition.

Scotland Women’s Under-17s secured their place in ‘League A’ as well as progression to Round Two of the EURO qualifiers with a game to spare in the mini tournament hosted in Scotland in October, with victories against Iceland, Northern Ireland and Poland.
They were today drawn in Group A2 with France, Wales and Slovakia. The group winners will qualify for the finals, to be held in the Faroe Islands, while the tournament will also act as UEFA's qualifier for the 2025 U-17 Women's World Cup in Morocco from 17 October to 8 November.
