The Scottish FA has intimated to FIFA that the implementation of the new National Football Agent Regulations that had been scheduled for 1 October will now be delayed, pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings challenging the implementation by The FA of its National Football Agent Regulations. The outcome of these arbitration proceedings will be based on the same underlying law and principles as that which apply in Scotland.

In the meantime, the current Scottish FA Working with Intermediary Regulations will remain in force, subject to any amendments deemed appropriate by the Scottish FA.
