Five teams today progressed into the second preliminary round of the William Hill Scottish Cup.
Civil Service Strollers and Girvan both won 3-0, the Strollers overcoming Newton Stewart at home while Girvan won away at Harsetanes. Wigtown and Bladnoch defeated Vale of Leithen 1-0, while St Cuthbert Wanderers won 3-1 at home to Burntisland Shipyard.
The most emphatic result of the day was in Golspie, where Cove Rangers won 6-1.
