Michael McArdle has named a 21-player squad ahead of the upcoming friendly double-header against Iceland.

The group were last in action in April, when they took on Portugal and Denmark in a friendly tournament in Pinatar.

Eleven changes have been made to the squad since Aprils’ matches including forward Kath McGovern who has earned her first call-up to the senior squad and Kenzie Weir who returns to bolster the Under-23s back-line options following a lengthy spell on the sidelines with an ACL injury.

Rachael Johnstone, Erin Clachers, Michaela McAlonie and Tegan Bowie all drop out due to injury.

Rosie Livingstone, Emily Mutch and Georgia Brown all earn their first call-up to the Under-23s age group with Ava Easdon, Lisa Forrest and Fallon Connolly- Jackson all making the transition from Under-19s.
