Alan Hutton
Biography
Alan is renowned for his pace and attacking prowess. The full-back made his senior debut for Rangers aged 18 in 2001 and went on to notch up 122 appearances before moving to Spurs in a deal worth £9m in January 2008.
In just his third game he helped Spurs to a 2-1 League Cup final win over Chelsea, the club’s first major trophy since 1999, before moving to Aston Villa.
Alan made his international debut in a friendly against Austria in May 2007, and was part of the team that beat France 1-0 at the Parc des Princes in a Euro 2008 qualifier. He has gone on to establish himself as Scotland's first-choice right-back.
