Biography
Colin Anderson Stein was born in Linlithgow on 10 May 1947. Beginning his professional career with Hibernian, Stein moved to Rangers in 1968. He played a key part in the Ibrox side’s UEFA Cup Winners Cup Final success, scoring the opening goal in the final.
Stein made his Scotland debut against Denmark in 1968. He scored a hat-trick for his country against Cyprus in 1969.
