Kim Little
Biography
Scotland’s vice-captain for the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup, Arsenal midfielder Little made her senior Scotland debut at the age of just 16.
A former Scotland captain at under-19 level, she made her breakthrough in senior football with Hibernian in 2006. After scoring a phenomenal 88 goals in 48 appearances for the Edinburgh club, Little joined Arsenal in 2008, helping the Gunners to the treble in her first full season.
Little followed head coach Laura Harvey to Seattle Reign in 2013, making an immediate impact in the NWSL. She was named as the league’s MVP in her debut campaign, whilst her tally of 16 goals earned her the Golden Boot.
The inaugural recipient of the PFA Women’s Player’s Player of the Year award in 2013 was named as the BBC Women’s Footballer of the Year three years later, as well as representing Great Britain.
