General Ticket Information

New Ticket System

We have partnered with a new ticketing provider Secutix so there are several changes to the way you will purchase tickets for matches at Hampden Park. Tickets can only be bought online via the Ticket Shop with the digital ticket being available on an exclusive Hampden Park Ticket App.

We encourage supporters to log in and familiarise themselves with the new system prior to a ticket sale.


First Log In

During your first log in for any returning Scotland Supporters Club Members or non-member customers, you will be asked to reset your password and update a few personal details.

We strongly recommend agreeing to the Marketing Emails, this will ensure you will be notified of any SSC Newsletter or Ticket Sale for Scotland matches.

With this ticket system, each individual needs a unique email address in order to access their account via the Ticket Shop. Any members/customers that share an email address will need to contact supporters@scottishfa.co.uk with their name, SSC/Customer Number and which email address they would like to use.

If you have children or people within your friends & family that do not have their own email address, you can use an alternative email such as a work or additional email. However, we recommend setting up a new email address.

For members this step is imperative so that each SSC Member can log into their account to update details, check points, etc.

Digital Ticketing at Hampden Park

  • Tickets for Scotland home matches at Hampden Park can only be purchased online and then available in the Hampden Park Ticket App.
  • Once tickets have been purchased via the Ticket Shop, you will receive an email with the booking confirmation inviting you to download the Hampden Park Ticket App and either register or log in to access your tickets.
  • We will announce the start of any ticket sale via the Scotland Supporters Club (SSC) email newsletter & via our Social Media Channels.
  • Provisions will be made for those who do not have smartphones. Please contact the Ticketing Team directly via email (supporters@scottishfa.co.uk) or by telephone 0141 616 6000 (option 1) for alternative arrangements.


Ticket Allocation

  • Tickets will be made available in the following order of priority for Scotland Home matches:
    1. Scotland Supporters Club Members
    2. General Public Sale


Tickets for Children

  • Any person under the age of 16 is classed as a junior price category. Any u16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • There is no Baby’s in Arms policy at Hampden Park, each person entering the stadium must have a valid ticket for the match, regardless of age.


Accessible Tickets

  • Accessible SSC Members please visit the SSC Ticket Info page for information.
  • Any fan with accessible needs must provide evidence via email for their account to be updated to Wheelchair or Ambulant tickets.
  • Proof of Disability includes but not limited to DLA certificate, PIP, GP Letter or Social Services Letter.
  • Supporters applying for Accessible Tickets can request one complimentary carer ticket during the purchase process.
  • Supporters that have their account registered as accessible can email supporters@scottishfa.co.uk to request the Accessible Booking Form to fill out their ticket requirements. Once the form is complete, the supporter will be sent a reservation on their account to pay for their tickets.
  • Accessible supporters can choose their seat with a complimentary carer ticket to accompany them.


Friends & Family

How to Add your Friends & Family

  • Add your friend/family details via the +NEW button, type their details in the EXISTING CONTACT fields.
  • Your friend/family member will need to accept their invitation via email.
  • Once accepted, your friend/family members status will be active.

Your friend or family member can do the same process to purchase tickets for you.

This process only needs to be done once to successfully add your friends and family to your list.


Reseat Request due to Recent Changes

If you feel you need to move seats based on a recent medical diagnosis, injury or pregnancy and you are concerned that your purchased seat is no longer suitable, we recommend contacting a medical professional to ensure you are fit enough to attend the match. Depending on the circumstances if you are unable to attend a refund may not be possible.

When a match is sold out it is very difficult to reseat supporters on matchday as there are no seats available. We strongly encourage supporters to get in touch as soon as there is a change in circumstance and a reseat may be required via email.
