Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Resources
Equality Framework
The Scottish FA is fully committed to promoting equal opportunities for all. This belief is carried out through the principles of equality that the Scottish FA embraces; fairness, justice, respect, inclusion and the removal of barriers. These principles feed into everything we do, including the Scottish FA’s operational and strategic development, delivery and decision making.

Equality Calendar
The calendar is an important resource for the Scottish FA and its wider membership, particularly in terms of planning around religious festivals and holidays. It will also help raise awareness of equality and diversity and more generally well-being issues.
Please note some of the dates for events/religious days may be subject to change or regional and local variations.

Football v Homophobia
This stategy has been created in partnership between Football v Homophobia Scotland, LEAP Sports and the Scottish FA and is supported by a range of partners.
The strategy aims to ensure that Scottish football is equal and fair to everyone and adopts a three-strand approach to creating sustainable change in football: Policy and Procedure, Education, and Communication, and aims to work in all areas and levels of the game.
