Brian McLaughlin has named 15 Performance School pupils as the Scotland Under-17s aim to qualify for their fifth consecutive European finals in a row. The European Championship qualifying round will take place in Estonia where they will play the hosts as well as Andorra and Denmark. If Scotland progress from the qualifiers they will then play an elite round and if they grind out the wins required, a place at the European finals will beckon. Included in the squad is Ethan Erahon who started for St. Mirren in their IRN-BRU Cup defeat to Raith Rovers at the weekend. Harry Cochrane is also included fresh from making history by becoming the first Performance School pupil to start a match in the Premiership last Saturday when he played for Hearts against Dundee. Billy Gilmour is also set to feature having made an impressive start to life at Chelsea, scoring three goals in three games for the Under-18 side.
