After injuring himself at the start of the season, Snodgrass has been forced to watch from the stands as Scotland push for Euro 2016 qualification. The 15-times capped international believes the team are in a fantastic position. He said: “Right now I’m just enjoying being a fan. The level of performance has been superb – the way we’ve played, the togetherness, everything about it is brilliant. “It’s probably the toughest campaign we’ve had in recent times. We have the World Champions in there and the Republic of Ireland are coming on leaps and bounds. I think the game against them is vital. “I’m delighted we are in this position. It’s a great platform.”
