International Under-16 Friendly Scotland v Indonesia Under-17s or Switzerland Saturday, 21 September 2024 - 2pm or 5pm kick off (UK time) Pinatar Arena, Spain

Scotland Men's Under-16s will jet off to Spain next week for two friendly matches as Head Coach Stephen Clarke prepares for the Victory Shield which kicks off at the start of October.

Scotland face Faroe Islands on Wwdnesday, 18 September before facing off against Indonesia's Under-17 side (who also play Scotland Under-17s later this month) or Switzerland, on Saturday, 21 September.

Scotland have delivered some impressive performances in the last year, including memorable wins over Italy and USA and narrow losses to Spain and England.

The Victory Shield begins on Tuesday, 8 October, with Scotland taking on Republic of Ireland and Wales playing Northern Ireland.

Scotland were joint winners of the prestigious competition in 2019 and 2021 before Republic of Ireland won in 2022 and 2023.

The Victory Shield matches will all be streamed live on the Scotland National Team Youtube Channel and the games are all free entry for supporters.
