Scotland will challenge the Finns in a double-header to decide who will take the final place at the European championships in Switzerland next summer.

The first-leg of the Round Two play-off will take place at Easter Road on Friday, November 29 and will be followed by the reverse fixture four days later in Helsinki.

After an outstanding performance in the qualification group stages over the summer, Scotland remain unbeaten in eight games following back-to-back victories against Hungary in October and secured promotion back to ‘League A’ for the 2025 UEFA Women’s Nations League campaign.

October also saw the return of midfielder Caroline Weir after a lengthy spell side-lined through injury, along with Manchester United youngster, Emma Watson. Both players return for the upcoming matches along with Rangers’ midfielder Chelsea Cornet and Celtic defender, Kelly Clark. Kath Hill and Lauren Davidson both miss out along with captain, Rachel Corsie.
