The hero's match-worn gloves will go on display at the Tennent's visitor centre in Glasgow to mark a new partnership between Tennent’s Lager and the Scottish FA, including support of the senior Men’s and Women’s National Teams.

David Marshall said: “All the players know what it means to the nation to have qualified for EURO 2020, and I’m really proud of the part I played in the team’s success. For me, the gloves I wore that night will always be a reminder of that final penalty – and let’s not forget the VAR check afterwards – and I’m excited that I’m able to share that with the fans through the installation at the Tennent’s visitor centre. Let’s hope we have some more special artefacts to add before the summer is out.” Scottish FA Commercial Director Chris Rawlings said: “Tennent’s have long been synonymous with Scottish football and in particular with the national teams, so to have them back on board officially is like welcoming home an old friend. The success of our men’s and women’s national teams in qualifying for major tournaments recently has given the nation a real boost and it is only fitting that Tennent’s are able to proudly display the gloves that played a part in such an iconic moment for all fans to admire.” Tennent’s Senior Brand Manager Cameron Matthews said: “When David saved that final penalty in Belgrade we know a few cans of Tennent’s Lager will have been raised in his honour, but we wanted to go one step further and give fans the chance to toast an iconic piece of Scottish football history – his match gloves. Visitors to our home at Wellpark Brewery will soon have the chance to raise a pint and reflect on the moment that has taken us to our first major men’s tournament in 23 years. “As the original supporter of Scottish football our relationship with the Scottish FA goes back to 1974, and we’ve lived every moment since then shoulder to shoulder with the tartan army.
