What are Loyalty Points?

We run a points system which rewards and recognises supporters for attending Men’s A Home & Away Matches. The points are awarded as follows:

  • 1 point for Attendance of a Men’s A Home Match

  • 2 points for Attendance of a Men’s A Away Match

  • 1 Point for Early Renewal (Before 31 Dec 2024)

  • 1 Point for Continuous Membership of the Last 3 Campaigns (Membership 18/19, 20/21, 23/24 – when renewed before 31 December 2024)

How does the Loyalty Points system work?

The points system is used to fairly allocate tickets when demand is higher than the number of tickets available. In such circumstances, a sales schedule will be produced giving supporters on the requisite amount of points a period to purchase tickets for the match. The points will drop down to each level until the match is sold out or it is open to all members.

The points system is only to determine access to tickets, not access to a certain ticket price/category.

The total amount of points a member can have been based on the last 10 Home & last 10 Away matches. This means that when a match is played, the 11th match is taken off for the new one to be added on.

You can find the most recent eligible matches counted for points here.

What happens once I purchase a membership?

You will receive an email confirming your purchase and your membership, which will begin from 1 January 2025. For the 2025-26 membership period, we will no longer be issuing physical membership cards, which will be replaced by Digital Memberships.
