The 2025/2026 Club Academy Scotland (CAS) season has reached its conclusion, with a number of closely-contested finals taking place across the country in the past few weeks.
The inaugural revamped Under-19 league was won by Rangers, who sealed the title with a 2-1 win away to St Mirren, snatching the title away from last year's Under-18 champions Hibs - who themselves beat Celtic 5-3 on the final day.
They celebrated their win on the Ibrox pitch, alongside Rangers' Under-17 side who also won their respective Elite league.
Queen's Park also enjoyed a double success at Under-19 and Under-17 level, while the Spiders also lifted the CAS Cup at both levels to cap a remarkable few weeks in which they also reached the Scottish FA Youth Cup Final.
Their Under-19s received the CAS Cup trophy from manager Sean Crichton at Somerset Park, while Livingston's Cammy Kerr handed over the trophy at Dens Park in the Under-17 CAS Cup.

Elsewhere, in the Elite League Cup for the Under-19s it was St Mirren who triumphed on penalties over Hibernian and they received the trophy from interim first team boss Craig McLeish.

David Sheldon, Club Academy Scotland Programme Manager, Scottish FA: "It’s been a fantastic conclusion to the season, with both the Under-19 leagues going right to the wire, while seven cup finals were contested at some of Scotland’s most high‑profile stadiums.
"These occasions give young Scottish players and coaches invaluable experience — a real taste of what may lie ahead — playing in big venues, in front of large crowds, in environments that accelerate their development.
"I want to personally thank the clubs who hosted our finals. Delivering events of that scale is a major undertaking, and their commitment reinforces the academy’s importance within the wider football ecosystem.

"This season also saw further progress across Bio‑Banding, Futsal, and Club Festivals, strengthening our multi‑dimensional approach to player development across the Children’s and Youth Phases. More than 160 players participated through growth and maturation eligibility, helping coaches and clubs have more flexibility and capacity in developing players.
"In the Professional Development Phase, we recorded 81 appearances by 15‑year‑olds in the SPFL KDM Challenge Cup — part of our drive to expose more young Scottish talent to senior football.
"Our transition strategy also enabled overage players to feature in the Under-19s league, with 21 clubs using this option and 328 appearances recorded - giving young players vital exposure to senior professionals as they prepare for the next step.
"The Clubs have truly embraced the full CAS programme. Their care, passion, and expertise continue to shape Club Academy Scotland, giving us real optimism as we look ahead to next season."
Competition details for next season will be published in early June on the My Scottish Football app and the Scottish FA website.
