A bumper weekend of Scottish Gas Men's Scottish Cup and Scottish Gas Women's Scottish Cup Quarter-Finals got underway on Saturday lunchtime as Aberdeen hosted Kilmarnock.
It was the hosts who took an early lead through Jamie McGrath's tap-in and Graeme Shinnie's thunderous right-foot effort doubled their lead.
Although Danny Armstrong's steered finish brought the Ayrshire side back into the game, McGrath's second half strike deflected in off Stuart Findlay as the Dons ran out 3-1 winners to book their place in the Semi-Final.

Sunday saw six matches take place, with four matches in the women's competition and two matches in the men's competition.
Spartans were the first women's side to secure their passage to Hampden as Becky Galbraith's hat-trick set them on their way to a 5-0 win over Livingston at the Tony Macaroni Arena.
Her treble had Spartans 3-0 in front and Hannah Jordan and Alana Marshall wrapped up the win to send the Spartans through to the Semi-Finals.
Last year's runners-up Rangers Women were also in action on Sunday lunchtime against Hibs at the Meadowbank Stadium and although they led twice through Mia McAuley and Lizzie Arnot, they were twice pegged back by the hosts, with Poppy Lawson and Shannon McGregor on the scoresheet.
But SWPL1 leaders Rangers' class told in the second half, as goals from Sarah Ewens, Jane Ross and a double from Rio Hardy saw them to a 6-2 victory.
Hearts Women's match with Partick Thistle was a much tighter affair until Lizzie Waldie's late header settled a tight contest and sealed a 1-0 win for the visitors.
And Celtic Women were the fourth and final side to secure their place in the Semi-Finals as they defeated Montrose 6-0 in the day's late kick off. Kit Loferski grabbed an early brace, and Jenny Smith, Shen Menyu, Caitlin Hayes and Murphy Agnew were all on target as last year's winners secured a big win.
In the Scottish Gas Men's Scottish Cup, Celtic also reached the semi-finals - though they were given a scare by Livingston at Celtic Park, with the Lions twice levelling through Dan Mackay and Tete Yengi, cancelling out a Daezen Maeda double. But Maeda would complete his hat-trick and Kyogo Furuhashi also got on the scoresheet as Celtic wrapped up a 4-2 win.

Hibernian and Rangers contested the final match on Sunday and it would prove an entertaining fixture. David Marshall saved James Tavernier's first half penalty but the former Scotland goalkeeper could not prevent John Lundstram from bundling home the rebound.
Hibs' had a number of chances to level but the hosts were then reduced to nine men after red card's for Jordan Obita and Nathan Moriah-Welsh. Fabio Silva took advtantage of the visitors' numerical advantage to fire home and complete a 2-0 victory.
Greenock Morton and Hearts' will contest the weekend's final fixture on Monday evening.
The Scottish Gas Women's Scottish Cup Draw will take place at half-time, with the Scottish Gas Men's Scottish Cup Draw taking place at full-time.
Scotland and Aberdeen legend Jim Leighton will conduct both draws.
