The draw for the William Hill Scottish Cup 3rd round took place at Hampden Park today.

Former Scotland manager and seven-times Scottish Cup winner Alex McLeish helped to draw the balls alongside Scottish FA President Alan McRae.

Last year's finalists Falkirk will play a home tie against the winner of Turriff United and Fraserburgh and there's an all-Championship clash between Dumbarton and Alloa Athletic.

There's also an interesting clash between League One's top two teams as Ayr United welcome Dunfermline to Somerset Park.

Two non-league sides are guaranteed to be in the next round with Formartine drawn against Fort William or Cove Rangers and Nairn County or Wick Academy hosting Linlithgow Rose.
