Biography
Peter Patrick Lorimer was born in Dundee on 14 December 1946. He is best known at domestic level for his time with Leeds United, having won the League twice, the FA Cup once and the League Cup once. He also helped them to reach the European Cup Final in 1975.
He made his Scotland debut against Austria in 1969, earning 21 caps and scoring four goals for his country. He was part of the 1974 World Cup squad, scoring against Zaire at the finals.
