Frankie Brown

Frankie made her Scotland debut as a substitute in a 4-0 friendly win over Switzerland in September 2008. Her first start came in the UEFA Women's Euro 2009 play-off match against Russia at Tynecastle the following month.

She fought to win the right-back berth and became a regular in Anna Signeul's teams. Frankie was amongst the first intake of students at the Scottish FA's Women's National Academy at the University of Stirling, where players combine daily football training with their studies and she since went on to become a Scotland stalwart, playing at the Women's EURO 2017.
