
She moved to Aston Villa in the summer of 2020 ahead of the club’s first season in the WSL, scoring her first league goal for the club during a vital 1-1 draw against former club Birmingham City as Villa finished the season in tenth place.
Gregory had short loan spells with Leicester City and Reading before joining Southampton on loan in July 2024.
After scoring two goals in eleven appearances for the Saints, she signed for Newcastle United in a permanent deal in January 2025.
The midfielder scored her first goal for Newcastle in April 2025, scoring the second during a 6-0 victory over Blackburn Rovers.
At international level, Gregory represented England from Under-17 to Under-23 level, playing in the 2022 UEFA Women’s Under-19 Championship.
She switched allegiance to Scotland in 2025 and made her senior international debut as a second half substitute on February 21st during a UEFA Nations League match against Austria.
After a second cap off the bench against the Netherlands a few days later, she made her first Scotland start in May 2025 against Austria at Hampden Park.
Gregory won her tenth Scotland cap in April 2026 during a 1-1 World Cup qualifying draw against Belgium at Easter Road.
