Finland pulled one back in the 25th minute when Elli Pikkujämsä’s effort from 20 yards out found its way into the bottom left corner of the net.
In the 76th minute, Finland were presented the chance to equalise however Nicola Docherty and Emma Watson both made vital blocks to deny the efforts. In the 79th minute, Lee Gibson made a great save, pushing the ball over the bar after a long-distance strike.
In testing second-half conditions, Scotland's defence stood resolutely firm to seal the second victory of this international break, and extending our unbeaten run to six games.
